It looks as though the slider passes behind the stationary panel, can I get a towel bar installed on the stationary panel? Custom build, perhaps!!

Would this model require any drilling on the tub (I have a stainless steel tub that cannot be drilled)?

Asked by: Mat52
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. The Enigma Air tub door requires you to drill into the tub and fasten the center guide block with the provided screw. The available sliding door models we offer that do not require you to drill the tub are the DreamLine Infinity-Z, DreamLine Visions, And DreamLine Encore. If you have any other questions, we invite you to contact our DreamLine PreSales Consultants at 866-282-8413. We can also be reached by sending an email to [email protected]. Dear dream line representative. We are interested in purchasing this enigma door with the frameless set up. Our fixtures are brushed nickel. Is the brushed stainless steel similar in finnish to a brush nickel? Please advise so that we may proceed.

Asked by: david psvedi
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. The brushed stainless steel is the most similar to brushed nickel. The great thing about the Enigma-X is that there is so little hardware that an imperfect match with other finishes is not noticeable. If you have any other questions, please contact a DreamLine PreSales Consultant at 866.282.8413. We are available 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may also send an email to [email protected] or use our Chat with Expert feature on DreamLine.com. Thank you for considering DreamLine.

When the door is open, is there any track on the top of the tub where the opening is? Just wanted to make sure I could rest my arm on the side of the tube when I’m taking a bath—without a metal track there.

Asked by: Lori1122
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. There is a center guide block on the threshold of your tub that could be in the area where you may rest your arm. There is also a anti splash threshold piece that is installed across the walk through opening to prevent leaking. This piece is optional, however, and even when installed should not interfere with your arm. If you have any other questions, please contact a DreamLine PreSales Consultant at 866.282.8413. We are available 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. IS THERE A BOTTOM GLIDE RAIL OR DRIP STRIP WITH THE DOORS I HAVE THE AIR enigma

Asked by: ROB 53
Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. There is not bottom guide rail or drip strip on the bottom of the door. The stationary panel sits directly on your tub and the moving panel gildes through a bottom guide rail. IS THE ENIGMA AIR DESIGNED FOR TUBS, WHAT SUPPORTS THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS

Asked by: ROB 53
To answer your question about support for the bottom of the glass: The weight of the glass is supported by the upper guide rail and the panel glides through a bracket on the threshold of the tub. The stationary panel sits directly on your tub and is attached to the upper guide rail by brackets. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine
